Katherine Hague is the co-founder of ShopLocket, an ecommerce platform for hardware entrepreneurs. Founded in May 2012, Katherine raised a $1 million seed round, led by Peter Thiel's Valar Ventures and Rho Canada. The company was acquired in early 2014 by PCH, a global leader in custom manufacturing solutions. Katherine now acts as VP of Community Engagement & Hackathons for PCH. Katherine has a passion for supporting other entrepreneurs that has naturally led her to becoming an active angel investor. Katherine investments tend to focus on seed stage companies in the consumer hardware and lifestyle space. Katherine has been named one of Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women, was listed as one of Canada's 7 Tech Stars by the Financial Post, and was named one of 5 Women to Watch in Wearable Tech.
